I really wanted to like this more than I did. The writing was funny, but some of the self-awareness needed to be toned down a little. It's one of those humor quirks that quickly outwears its welcome.

And on the subject of outwearing its welcome, the gameplay went from being funny to extremely tedious within about two minutes. The game would've benefited a lot more from typing something besides every single full sentence the characters were saying. Typing of the dead is fun because the words come rapidly and are full of different quirks that can trip the player up. While some of the sentences had typing quirks, they were far more annoying than "fun." And at a certain point, it just feels like work to be typing full sentences. Also, the second "give me oil!!!" prompt wouldn't clear me and ended up... hurting me? I got a red halo and then the game abruptly gave me a game over during the sonic adventure 2 reference. Don't really feel like typing all that nonsense again to see if it happens again.

I would recommend something more like a "words of power" system where the player gets to enjoy the dialogue without having to type every single word out, focusing on highlighted text instead.

I appreciate the critique you have given.

I do agree with alot of the things you mentioned and i do have some plans to change or remake a few things.
The random dying is an evil bug i have been fighting with the death system when the player is hit once. I will probably just remove the whole dying stuff because its evil and unfun when it malfunctions. Will probably replace it with something less consequences like a point score system or something.

I wont promise too much, but i will try to improve it a bit in a postjam version. And i will probably shamelessly steal and plagiarize the "words of power" suggestion before i leave this game alone in the archives for the rest of time.
