Looks cute! I think this is probably headed in the right direction and would like to see more.
Note: Was only able to test on the browser build because I use Linux and the Windows build does not work completely with Wine.
I think this fits the theme well, for clear reasons, but at the same time the concept is equally off-putting. XD
I feel like this being made within the confines of a jam timeframe reduced the fun though, the collection was a bit cumbersome and it made the automatic finger movement a bit un-fun relative to what it could have been, and I also feel like the pacing wasn’t as fun because it was being crunched into a jam’s “playtest” window.
That said, I think that the game is certainly innovative (since it totally goes outside of the norm of games in general, including incremental games), and I think the art is perfect for both the game’s theme and the game’s mechanical style.
I enjoy the game concept and I’m a fan of the art style, but while I think it fits the theme it doesn’t feel like an intrinsic fit (i.e. I would not have thought about the theme just from playing the game, I only thought about how it relates when the question was posed by the rating system – I think this is partly the fault of the theme itself though).
I would have appreciated movement starting slower though to “ease in” to the speed, so the first few rounds were a bit rough while I adjusted to it.
