Hello! We are not currently looking for sound or music specialists. If that changes, I will let you know.

Hello! Your work is excellent! Sorry I didn't respond sooner-- it seems that itch is eating my notifications ;_;

Do you have a discord that I can message you through?

Awesome! I'll go accept it. I'm not sure why it's requiring that-- I have my DMs set to be open to anyone, or at least I thought I did. I'll check again now.

Hello! Unfortunately, we are not offering upfront payment at this time. However, I have been considering contributing my own personal funds for the project, and should I end up doing so, I will keep your services in mind. Your work is excellent!

Hello everyone! I’m directing a fashion styling visual novel with shop management elements, and we're looking for team members! We are currently working in Godot 4.3. So far, our work has primarily involved pre-production (prototype of features, style dev, game design, etc.), but we’re poised to start full production!

We are primarily looking for people with skills in any of the following disciplines:

  • Character Art (unoptimized prototype is sitting around 7.1k tris)
  • 3D Animation -Environment & Prop Art (primarily interior scenes)
  • Programming
  • UI/UX
  • Lighting/Rendering
  • Environment/set concept art
  • Writing (primarily dialogue)

Bonus if you have skills in any of the following:

  • Storyboarding
  • Texturing
  • Marketing & social media
  • Costume design
  • Graphic design
  • Layout

Skills that we will need in the future:

  • Audio
  • Music
  • VFX
  • Testing

**Samples of art are attached below for your reference.

Our goal is to release a demo and seek funding via kickstarter or a similar platform. Any work done before the kickstarter is unpaid/volunteer, though working hours will be logged so we can approximate the cost when we fundraise. If the kickstarter fails, we will shift to a dynamic revshare model based on how much time is contributed to the project (essentially, people contributing more time will receive a larger share of the revenue than those who contribute less time), seek other means of investment, proceed unpaid until release, or generally reevaluate the compensation plan. Anyone who supplies approved work for the project will be credited in the final release.

Utilizing a pro (as in legal & not a student edition) license of your program(s) of choice is a MUST. A no-generative-AI policy is in place for the entirety of this project. We are aiming to release the game on itch and steam. While the current team members have professional experience with game development and client work, it is not required to apply for this project.

If you are interested, please DM me on discord @/palcif with examples of your work and a description of what you would like to contribute (or any questions should you require more information). Anyone under the age of 18 will not be considered at this time. Thank you!
