You should use the latest version of Blender, 4.5 LTS. That's the one I use and it doesn't give me any problems. I'll fix the FBX issue and upload it as soon as possible.

Hi! Thank you so much for reporting this — you were absolutely right.

There was an export issue with the FBX textures in the previous version. I’ve now corrected the export settings and re-uploaded the updated files with properly embedded and packed textures.

Please re-download the pack and everything should work correctly now, both in FBX and .BLEND format.

Frederic's house has 3 levels, a basement, first floor and second floor, crib with a garage, and has 7 rooms, highly recommended for a horror game in unreal engine 5. It is in fbx format, in .uproject format for unreal and the blender file. FOR UNREAL the textures are configured and you can edit and rotate them, also a Blueprints of the configured door, it has a test map.
