Use the HTML option. It makes it easier for people to play your game. You can add a pc and maybe mac and Linux, builds so people can download your game. but assuming your game isn't too large you should do HTML no matter what.

The way I hope to implement this is by having levels randomly get traits like icy or varying difficulty and allowing the player to pick between different options. A little lame, but I came up with an Idea before the limitation, and I really want to stick to that idea.
