Hi. I'm not 100% sure, but I think it works differently from Steam where you would just get the new games in a bundle if you already bought the bundle previously. So, as far as I know, yes, you would have to buy the game separately, unfortunately.

It could also be that your anti-virus is blocking the .exe for some reason.

Hi. Nope, it should just work when you double-click/launch the .exe   Are you using Windows?

If you're using a 32-bit OS, you can try double-clicking the 32-bit .exe (MyTeacherIsAFutanari-32.exe)

Did you do it right? I think you have to go somewhere to click to actually redeem your key.
