Thank you for taking the time to play our game and we're happy you enjoyed it! Also, itch io doesn't allow me to comment on anybody's jam page for the moment (no, no spamming, just a lot of reviews). I will leave the review for your game here until I will be able to comment on your page!
Cute and creative fishing game! POV fps overcooked for the win! I wish the wheel would've spun faster, but loved the engaging QTEs. Great job!

We had such a good time playing your game. Everyday we walk our dogs in the park and there's a huge lake, and there are spots where it's full of hissing geese! I'm always en-garde around them so this game hits real close to home for us. Great job for taking an original idea, going with it, and really stuck the landing!

Any game with an upgrade system no matter how simple it is, it becomes instantly a favorite of mine! I enjoyed the VA, the goal was perfectly silly and the gameplay pretty straight forward. Great job guys!

I did not expect for not even one minute the storytelling and the voice acting to be this good! I slayed that kingdom but Alessandra SLAYED that performance! Big congrats, I had fun flying around and reenacting the last season of game of thrones in king's landing!
Thank you so much for playing it and for the idea, this is for sure something to be added in the future! Your game is so cool and original! Great job, and well done implementing the spinning mechanic in a refreshing way! I barely hit any incoming meteorites, but they didn't get me either. That's a win in my book! I think it would be great if you would add more rhythm game mechanics. Something about the game feel and sound effects make me think of this. The movement panel already looks similar to a Dance Dance Revolution arcade machine's dancing pad. if you want to take any action, you'd have to do it following the song's beat. Maybe it's something you'd like to explore, keep up the great work!
I suffer from the too much gene, and thank god my partner said to me" only if we have time, we'll add powerups". Fast forward to me drawing the intro a few hours before the jam. A rework after the jam is much much needed, and we already started putting things on the board on what needs to be improved/added/removed. Powerups is on there, as we want to ramp up the difficulty through testing your agility and accuracy, and we'll need something to balance that. Huge thank for the feedback, and for playing it!
103! Loving the game! I did spot a few inconsistencies: I died once because on the left I had the big horizontal laser thingy, and at the same time also had the vertical laser spawned on the other side and had nowhere to go. Now, of course it was my fault for not having enough energy up until then, but it still seemed unfair. Also, when starting the game, there is a change you spawn in a red laser. And one suggestion would be to zoom out the camera a bit, it felt really personal haha.
Overall, AMAZING! I had a really nice time playing it!
Nice mechanic, very creative! Once I got the hang of it, I had a blast! Would be nice to add at least color coded enemy weaknesses, and a visual cue for the bullet type and where they attack. This is just to make the wheel spinning easier if the positions are clearer. Great job, I really liked the game!!
Thank you for playing and for the kind words! The mosquitos were supposed to be a bit faster so they catch up with you if you only do regular jumps. If they would've gotten too close, you would spin the wheel and get some distance between you and them. The goal is to make the game faster for speedster gamers.
Congrats on the original concept! Did I have fun? - quite the opposite. Did I keep trying over and over and over again? - absolutely! Not sure if this was the intention, but if not I think you should lean more into the rage game genre. I would say polish a little bit the controls as the physics go from 0 to 100 real quick, and then add rage inducing things. Maybe you can turn it into a nonsensical "driving school" simulator but for this type of vehicle, where you have to pass the exam but the rules are ridiculous. Great job!
I like any rogue like game similar to binding of isaac or enter the gungeon! Loooved rolling for upgrades or downgrades, such a cool idea in a roguelike game. Something I really didn't like, was the bullet sound effect haha! I wish the waves of enemies were either more aggressive or simply just more of them. Having sounds for every enemy type for sure adds to the game feel. Look more into how satisfying killing enemies in vampire survivors is, and that is mostly done through particles and sound effects. I think your game would benefit from that as well. All being said, great job!
To quote your description, unfortunately I could not handle the stick. I had fun playing it tho, even though I couldn't get that far. I would've liked the controls to be a bit more responsive. I love the idea of the lolli stick messing your rolls, but the actual physics I found them hard to control. Great job overall, hope you develop it further!
