Hi everyone! I'm a solo developer and I've just put the first public playtest of **Last Elevator** on itch.io. It's a free puzzle game you play right in your browser.

**The idea:** the tower is closing for the night and a queue of monsters all want a ride. You drag them into the elevator, but not everyone gets along. Embers and Frosts can't share an edge, Buddies refuse to ride alone, Grumps want their personal space, Longbois and Hooklings have to be rotated to fit. Every floor adds a rule or a twist, and you plan the cabin so that everyone is happy before the doors close.

- 40 floors in the campaign, from "Hot and Cold" to "The Last Ride"

- 10 kinds of monsters, each with its own rule

- Rotate, undo and restart freely

- Works in desktop and mobile browsers, no download and no sign-up

I'd really like honest feedback from anyone who tries it:

1. Were the rules clear without any outside explanation?

2. Which floor first made you stop and think, and which one got you properly stuck?

3. Did anything feel repetitive or annoying?

A short comment here is plenty. If you quit after three minutes, that's useful to know too.

**A note on AI use:** the character artwork (expressions and idle animation frames) was generated with ChatGPT and then integrated into a hand-designed puzzle game. AI tools also assisted with development. This is disclosed on the game page.

This is an early playtest, so there will be rough edges. Thanks for reading!
