Same, updating the game means it’s going to disappear for weeks, or who knows if forever. It makes no sense, and then you see other games getting indexed instantly. It’s extremely frustrating to publish games here.

Hi, I don’t want to bother but I’m having an issue with my games being deindexed. They were deindexed and I sent an email to support a month ago, but I still haven’t received a response after all this time. Usually, whenever I update a game, it gets deindexed, but in the past it’s always been resolved within about a week, never longer than a month.

Is there any way to speed up the process or have someone take a look at it? My support ticket number is 306480.

We have an adult NSFW game published on itch.io and we’ve updated our project settings to mark it as free by enabling the “No Payments” option under the Pricing section, as instructed in the recent announcement.

However, our game still does not appear to be indexed. We’re wondering if the re-indexing process takes some time to reflect, or if there might be another issue preventing our page from being indexed again.
