Thanks for the feedback! I was actually worried about that as I noticed myself behaving in that way too (as well as anyone I got to playtest). I'll see if I can come up with a solution when I next work on it!

Hey, thanks for the feedback and for playing! One of the ideas I had was actually similar to what you said - when the player goes too much into debt, and event is triggered where a foreign lobby bribes you, forcing corruption but you get basically a lifeline.

Thank you for the feedback! I agree that the theme isn't nearly as clear here as I'd like it to be, so more events (and specifically corruption ones, with repercussions)  are the next thing on my radar - alongside making elections more difficult (and election-only events).

Thanks a lot for the feedback! Btw your screenshot reminds me that I didn't set up UI properly lol

Just in case anyone is wondering how this fits the theme (as I know I kind of stretched "timeless" far) - the idea is that corruption in politics is inevitable, and as such timeless. For the full game, I want to show that through pushing the player into making tough decisions where they try to balance staying in power while remaining moral.

Very polished and a great concept!

Really impressed with the rail-building system. Well done!

Yeah I kind of rushed the UI out - I got similar feedback from a friend of mine who was playtesting prior to submission but didn't have enough time to fiddle with it enough. If I end up working on it more, I'll try to fix that!

Thank you very much!

After the jam is over, I was thinking I might have a go at optimisation, and make it go on for longer. The early limit is there for 2 reasons: game starts breaking with lots of people, so I had to cap it. The other reason is I felt the game should be completeable in under 15 minutes for the jam, but if I end up still working on it my plan is to expand it into a proper incremental :)

A really creative concept. The hooking mechanic is incredibly satisfying!

Thank you! That was the idea - it was graphically very much inspired by Rollercoaster Tycoon :)

A really interesting narrative - "ballthiritis" and the quit button made me chuckle. Well done!

Amazing - extremely well developed and designed. Well done!

Really clean and polished, well done!

Really creative and a great aesthetic. Particularly impressed with the art!

The visuals are beautiful and slick - really well done with the aesthetics. The concept is also very unique and creative. Well done!

I love the artstyle, and the concept is very creative. A strong contender for winning the Jam in my opinion.

Complex but creative and unique. I'm a big fan of the cohesive artstyle/UI.

Most interesting puzzle game I think I've ever played. Great take on the "loop" theme!

Really enjoyed this one. Some small bugs as another commenter mentioned, but overall the UI is really beautiful, the UX is great (responsive and simple). A big fan of the cats!

Incredibly creative and well-thought-out. Also a big fan of the assets!

Thanks a ton!!!

This is due to not having a "default" value for when you get no score - same for the question marks. I will update this functionality with the Main Menu update, well spotted!

Edit: Has been fixed as of 0.0.0.9 now! Now instead of trying to divide by 0, it instead returns a default value (0%), and returns 0 instead of question marks for the rest.

Thank you for the feedback!

The version number will be included in the next release (introducing a main menu where it will be displayed). As for the enter/return bug, I'll take a look to how I can fix it - I may need to replace the TMP Input Field with my own if there is no reasonable way to do so.

EDIT: Has been fixed now, and a new version is available with the version number. We are starting at...... 0.0.0.9 as I was sort of recording the versions via builds locally.
