I saw that too, and thought it was real until I realized that wasn't Devolver, and it'd be all over IGN and such. I'm not downloading it since 1. I have UT on Steam and 2. chances are it's a virus, but if someone downloaded I'm genuinely curious if it's real.

As a part-successful in indie standards coder of a horror game, it's quite simple. You need to make a creepy atmosphere.
