this is a very special experience for me! i love how the scene varies with choice and the talk between protagonist and speakers are thought-invoking. I do agree with the previous comments that the background could be done with prettier skybox, and I also hoped that the conversation fonts could be larger in a different color so that they are more readable. But overall a very nice game!
Very pretty visuals! but i also find the jumping to be very challenging...im not sure if this is what u wanna go for tho. also it'd be nice to enable fullscreen option on itch because when I press arrow keys it scrolls up the itch page. The file for download seems to be the file for web build instead of win ( which im assuming thats what u wanted?)
I like the concept of running a cult. However, i think the game is a little unclear at first. Initially i assumed the items in the scene are clickable, because clickings work for the main building in which i could make rituals. Then i quickly found out that I can't interact with the sheephouse when it's running (looking like a click direction for me), so I was wondering if something went wrong with the game. Not until I waited for another two days did i realize how the actual game works. I'm not sure if i should be able to interact with constructions panel as well. I also thought that the misalignment of the perspective was a mistake, and didnt realize it's left intentionally for more space later on.
Pool EMIT is a 2D platformer in which our protagonist Emit needs to solve puzzles with his future self.
Our protagonist 1 needs to navigate to the door before times-up, and protagonist 2 has to help him get the key to the door in a separate round. The game consists of a rewind mechanism that allows our second character to rewind the behavior of the first, while being able to move in his own round.

This work was intended for the 2025 GMTK jam with theme title "loop", but we accidentally deleted our file after submission and failed to participate. However, we still want to share this work and see how players think of it. If you don't mind sparing a few minutes for us to play-test, we'd be really grateful :) (plz let us know what you like & dislike; if you are a jam participant, you can also let us know what you've made, we'd gladly try them out)
Thank you for clicking this post!
