I know it's kind of pushing the envelope a bit on what does and doesn't count, but I've had an idea rattling around in my head for a while that this game jam might give me an excuse to make. Can superheroes slip under the radar into the supernatural category?

Hey dawg, thanks so much for reaching out! I dig that spider lady piece (I don’t want to be too presumptuous but is it inspired by Muffet from Undertale?)

The style isn’t quite what I had in mind for WiTLS, but I hope you find a team that can put your skills to good use!

Hey! I’d love to work with you, your art is super sick. If you could reach out on discord my username is Jubbyhours

Hey there!
I've had an idea for a visual novel that I really wanted to put out for a long time, and it just so happens that it takes place in the dead of winter. The title of the game is "Winter is The Longest Season", and it follows two childhood friends reconnected by chance in the middle of a blizzard. Unfortunately, times moved on without them, and those flickers of youthful love never found the spark to become a blaze. Now, there may be one more chance...

I'm most comfortable in Unity, but I'm confident I could learn Ren'Py in time for the jam if you have experience and feel that it would be a better system!

I’m glad! I was trying out yours and I thought it was a really clever use of mechanics! A group I’m in want to do something similar in terms of a button changing the games visuals so it made me get to wondering about implementation! Was it a “set active” on input sorta deal?
