What do I do when pixie says theirs a lady she's been seeing outside the complex and go for a walk? I can find anything to do and I've tried everything.

when i press esc it still dosent let me leave,i do see it but when i click it it dosent work
i was in the western map and i clicked z and it took me to it but i couldn't click back it would bring me right back to the skill menu
had to restart save
cant get out of the skill menu when i hit back it wont let me leave
