I am bumping this post up, I didn't get any answer from the support yet on the ticket #383040.
What's the normal delay on itch to get a response back from support?

My game, Hell on Earth - Alpha, was published on June 24, 2026, but after 22 days it still does not appear in itch.io search results, browse pages, tag pages, or recent releases.

The project was initially configured as “$0 or pay what you want.” After learning that this may require an additional review, I changed it to completely free, with payments disabled. However, the game is still not indexed.

I have also checked the indexing requirements and confirmed that:

• The project is public
• It has a cover image and screenshots
• It contains a downloadable Windows build hosted directly on itch.io
• Downloads are enabled
• The project is not marked as unlisted
• The page is accessible through its direct URL

I have already contacted support under ticket #383040.

Could someone please check whether the project is stuck in the review queue or was incorrectly excluded from indexing?
