I was going to delete the topic as I solved my problem, but was keeping it for 1 2 days.

You replied in positive light so I wont delete it anymore. Thanks for that

Actually my problem was on react interface, I tried fetching from the itch IO api on a react page, and it did not work what so ever.
What i did was, I made a backend api on php laravel to fetch the data from itch io api

and then i used that laravel api in my react app

Sorry guys, got my answer

Hello guys, I am right now making my own indie game website.

I generated API keys from my user settings with source web, and when i try to access it in browser, it works fine with the my-games endpoint.

but when i try to fetch it from my locally hosted website or even the online server, it gives network error.

Is there an issue with the api key generated or am I missing something.

Thanks

Thank you so much for your detailed reply and time that you gave to this level,

At least you enjoyed it the first time. I know about a few Bugs and believe me I wanted to resolve them all but it was getting lengthier and lengthier and time was less. So I could not focus much on removing them.

You played and checked, it does mean alot for me as a beginner.

A little more than a lul could help me improve over my performance :) .. but thanks anyway .. your lul does not mean alot but your comment does ..

The music and level design was nice, it felt cool, however when the snail went behind the big tower, I could not see the snail and the pathways he can take, Overall it was awesome. Good Work

Thanks, I ll check it

I am trying to find this problem as where does it happen, can you please explain what you did that made you stuck, so that i can get to root of this problem .Thanks

Oke, thank you so much for your feedback, I ll look into it and will try to make it better

I just double checked the error you mentioned. when you click on start, after that try clicking in the area of the game, it will resolve the error you faced hopefully ..
Thanks

Hello guys, its my very first game jam of my life, but as a beginner I am having a lot of missing pieces into it, like ui is not complete, I was thinking of adding 5 levels in total but i am at the 2nd right now and half of the jam is over. should i upload an unfinished game in the jam ..

I also have a lot of time constraints because of which i could not dedicate my time to it as much as i hoped .. :(

From the discussions and information I got, it feels like this game is going to be just one level.

Free course is a good incentive but mainly the reason I am in this jam is to practice, and take part in a community event where others are doing the same.

Thank you so much for sharing, i watched the first video completely, and I have some idea now. It means a lot that you shared.

Hello guys, I am a beginner game developer, finished one course of GamedevTV and not have proper skills right now.

And its my first time thinking of taking a part in this jam, I am very nervous about it. what do you guys suggest as a newbie to me.

PS: I did make 2 very very small prototypes on itch, and I want to one day have a good indie game studio, working on my first paid game part time.

Hey there,

It is a nice work, I checked it from mobile and will try it from pc later, good effort dude.
