Honestly, that button was the first thing I tried and it really took me by surprise what you did there lol.
But don't worry too much about the grammar, just a handful of words at most that I thought could use some change, nothing major but overall I did like how you wrote and paced each scene so far.
Aaand just like that, you got yourself a rent free space in my mind, I'll definitely check it out when it's here!
I am liking what I'm reading so far, but one thing that I'm noticing is a lot of disparity between the calm and collected options/responses and the scenes right after almost being a emotional breakdown of the character.
While I can understand those responses, being a almost hopeless setting with little to no way out in sight, I can't help but feel a bit confused about the choices presented. Does the MC have some sort of condition in this story that isn't explained at the start or am I just not really understand how they feel about it?
It might just be me being a moron here (wouldn't be the first time), but it kinda bothers me in a sense that this is happening.
Hey, could the link to the weightgaming forums be updated? It's still going to the outdated version instead of the new post.
EDIT: here's the link btw. QueenSized V1.10.19E now public! - Projects - Weight Gaming
Honestly, I think it'd be cooler if you left this page up and label it as [PROTOTYPE]/[VERY VERY EARLY ALPHA] or something, a sorta way to preserve history on the development of the VN. But if deleting is your ultimate wish, there's nothing but respect for it too!
On a side note, can we talk about that tongue emote? 🤔🤔
Whenever you download a compressed archive (.zip / .7z), you gotta extract everything from the folder if there's more than one file in there.
I can't even begin to tell you how it works exactly, but if you try to open anything from within the compressed file, you'll only open what you clicked on, it won't be able to access any other files that are still compressed because of security concerns.
So for the lesson of the day, always extract all game files when trying to play.
I was going to ask for clarification of the exact same things you brought up here, very nice!
Since all the mentioned issues you brought are tied to your vision of the story, I do feel like cutting the fluff scenes would be the best options then. Although, I feel like cutting EVERY fluff scene wouldn't be ideal either (from my understanding as a reader, of course), so having a scene or two more would be really cool if it's fine with you.
I honestly can't wait what you come up with moving forward, thank you for talking to us about it! Really appreciated.
From what I could gather (if you're still having the issue, that is), is that this error message is caused by either file corruption or antivirus interference (mainly downloaded ones like Norton, Avast, etc.)
Could you please check for me that the folder the game is located on is listed as "trusted" in whatever antivirus software you use? Try redownloading the game to a trusted folder if the previous tip did not work.
