We also had Ghostbusters, and I know firsthand how tricky it can be to extract ideas from that game that aren't owned by Sony. Nicely done. I also think you did an impressive job of compacting a fairly large dungeon into such a small amount of page space. Impressive work.

Very clean and concise. I think this would be a solid way to introduce any video gamer to tabletop rpgs.

Really proper. I am a huge fan of the map style, size and frequency. Bite size doses is probably the only way to keep a map this complicated somewhat functional for a dm. Good luck to the cartographer, but that is just the way I like it. I also think the back page is particularly strong. Two tables that pretty much round out the flavor and content for the entire package. The whole thing is pretty dense for 16 pages, but I feel like 16 pages is a pretty tight constraint and you managed to succeed in fitting a ton of flavor. If I could offer one critique -- the layout, while very clean, doesn't feel entirely functional to my GM preferences. I would have to be doing A LOT of flipping back and forth. Finally, cool Guardian Beasts / Rampage Potion situation. Even outside the jam I think this does a great job of invoking the retro game feel. Nice job.

Gorgeous layout. I hope you are able to fill the art eventually because this is stunning so far.

Those side scrolling maps are nice, and I am a huge fan of the art. The quantity of artwork is impressive given the time constraint. Bravo.

Nice platform mechanic. I have always wondered how that might translate and you did it nicely.

Really into that titan enemy artwork.

This is excellent. The map is killer, the leech is even cooler. The quality of life implements, including the room keywords, are super nice and I am happy they made the cut even with page constraints. Great work.

Hey! We also had The Mysterious Murasame Castle as an inspiration game, and after feeling like I've lived in that lore for two weeks, I think you nailed it! The artwork is super cool, the Rolling Cave is awesome, and I am particularly fond of the way you wrote the Tengu stat block. Cheers. Great work.

Three Strikes, Out! is a clever mechanic to bring that retro game feel into play. Same with Gold for Life. Love it when the mechanics enhance the theme.
