Hi,
I have a crowdfund campaign that was funded. I have my product ready to be delivered to my backers. I generated codes and uploaded my list of backers. I am ready to send the email containing the codes, but I've been informed that I need approval. (Which is completely understandable to avoid people abusing the tool)
I submitted the request for approval over a week ago. I've read the expected time for approval is 1-3 days, but I haven't received any action or response in the week since so I'm guessing that either I've fallen between the cracks or the expected approval time is way off.
My ticket number is 405935
Is there any way to get a faster reply or at least get a better ETA so I can communicate it to my backers?
