Hey I'm not really sure how I stumbled back to this but I wish I had seen this in the jam, such an expressive piece and it was really interesting to see what would change every time I jumped :) Loved it!

You should have been, but they are quite strong in an attempt to make the player move around the stage. Glad you liked it and congrats on 1st place!

I like the concept and loved how the sound bytes added to the experience but I also ran into a few issues like other comments suggested:

• You cant shoot left, the bullet seems to hit an invisible object/the player
• You can shoot enemies while outside of their player tracking range
• The game doesn't actually end on death, you can continue playing in the background

But in the end I did enjoy it and you got a nice rating from me :)

Thank you! Yes, we were considering adding a resume from last room feature but it was cut due to time constraints.

Thanks for the feedback, the planet style enemies are meant to be bosses so they should pose a challenge!

I love top down shooters! This is great!

Nice game! I like how the rocket is controlled but I found I couldn't pass the super fast space ship at the top. Very enjoyable nonetheless!
