I really liked the premise/lore, art, and writing with this and will be looking forward to more after the jam. I don't have much to input that hasn't already been said about the "random" encounters but the miniboss/boss felt balanced given the tools you had.
As far as ideas for how to retool the randoms, maybe there could be some kind of currency that drops that you could trade with the queen for minor stat gains or single-use "blessings" you could use like items?

One of the orientations of the right-side track will let the cart pass though. If you look close you can see when the horizontal track bar appears and completes the track.

Understandable!

Very cute with fun dialogue. If it ever gets expanded it'd be nice to see the other characters and have them interact more.

Fun game with good puzzles and cute art. It took me too long to figure out how to reach the upper-right lantern in the minecart puzzle since I was convinced there had to be some way to make the track straight for the cart to proceed. When I finally figured it out I felt dumb. The ice puzzle also had a neat twist compared to usual ice sliding puzzles.

I'm a couple hours in and need to do a bit more grindan for the final area. The beginning hurdle feels a little rough but once you start getting characters and some levels and equipment upgrades the game starts to flow. Zinc and Diavola are the MVPs but Rori cutest.

Very interesting game. RPGMaker board game is one of those concepts I didn't realize could be done until I saw it. It was easy to pick up and fun to strategize movement paths and manage equipment.

Fun game that I enjoyed a lot. The amount of files to drill through felt a little overwhelming at first but the game had a rhythm to it once it gets going. It was especially satisfying to barrel through everything once all the upgrades were done. My only real complaint would be that there's only dialogue between the characters at the beginning and end. It would have been nice to have them comment more on what was going on or with eachother as the game went on.
