I’m sharing a novella, The Chrysanthemum and the Eagle. It started as a personal project. Something I wrote while trying to process a few unbearable things in my own private corner of this reality. I didn’t expect to publish it, but I feel like something honest made it onto the page.
It’s a dark psychological story about control, identity erosion, and the seductive comfort of being “remade.”
