I’m fine with beginners as long as you’re aligned to grow - especially in programming, we could need some helping hands :) Though I have no experience with programming myself, so there’s little I can offer to help you learn. But I offer work process analysis (which is the main thing I want to explore & test) to work with less burnout if you’re willing to cooperate
