When carrying a crate, specifically a prisoner crate or cage idk what its called, and hitting the curse guy thats spawn when you take to long, it sends you out of the map and gets you stuck. I would really appreciate a panic button of sorts to teleport you to to the entrance of the room in such cases since it just ruined my run.

You can beat the giant lady's foot by poisoning it because poison deals % max health damage, so just guard her attacks and heal when you think she won't attack. BUT... She was absolutely not meant to be defeated because her hp is over a milion prob a blilion or something even, and if you beat her you still lose and the game over is the same if i remember correctly.

Hey I really don't think creating a censored version of the game is simpler than just using a vpn lol, if it will slow down the content updates it might backfire on your patreon fans and if it doesn't slow down content updates it will backfire on your health since it would mean you overwork yourself to keep up, All in all I do not think creating more work for yourself is the best option.

Sometimes attributes gained after a dungeon change for some reason when you check them again in the camp, I got kleptomancy AGAIN! and was so madge so I was about to do another suicide run with that character but I luckily checked it again and it was a different negative attribute, I don't know how common this bug is or what causes it to happen but just letting you know it exists.
