Anybody struggling with the performance: go to "C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Local\MiniJam_Fusion\Saved\Config\Windows\GameUserSettings.ini" and lower the numbers in the first section, those go from 4(max) until 0(lowest). The sg.ResolutionQuality percentage can help too.

Great game, well done, it even has powerups. My only gripe is with the default bindings, the rollover problem is much worse when all the keys are clumped together.  What I mean is not all the actions can performed independently at the same time.

Figured out why everything happened so fast that I died in seconds: the speed is tied to the framerate. I was getting over a 1000 FPS on lowend hardware for today's standards. Limiting to 60 seems to have fixed it. Nice idea on what the difficulty selection does.

Why would you even ask this? This is how you spot somebody too young on the internet: they mention their age without a reason.

You must be at least 18 to upload games and at least 13 to play them. https://itch.io/docs/legal/terms#2-users-and-publishers Now you know.

First line reads: "The theme for Game Off will be announced on November 1st at 13:37 PDT. Join now and be amongst the first to know the theme!" 1.5 days until start

Thank you everyone for the valuable feedback!

Excellent use of the engine, first pix64 puzzle game i have seen, others are mostly action with one player sprite only.

I tried to correct the 3 airport bug, i suspect 2 of them end up on top of each other.
Thanks for the feedback, I never thought about the camera moving to the crash location, but it would be so right.

Impressive to get this done on pico8, and very hard is not impossible. Damn this is satisfying.

Not forbidden, but clicking on an external link will lead to less people playing it due to not trusting it.

Try this guide to upload it to itch: https://wreckem.itch.io/uploading-instructions

Tip: You can have the online and the download version on the same project, click "upload files" under the already uploaded zip, and a differently named file won't override the browser version.

Here you go: https://itch.io/jam/wowie-jam-3/topic/1234906/how-to-submit-your-game

Of course, the jam haven't started, so you cannot make/upload/submit the game yet.

The hashtag thing is for easier Twitter discovery/promotion.

Why not upload an in-browser version? This message appears when (i guess) SmartScreen is turned back on after an update. Turn it off, or add exception. It worked before on your pc. Or maybe some export setting got screwed in Godot.
Nobody's gonna download extra things from anywhere else, put every requied things in the uploaded zip if you have to.

Kolourpaint, a little old, but it works. It can use transparency, but the eraser can't use the transparent "colour".
Js paint doesn't work good enough for me, it's laggy and not accurate.

Krita, in brush presets there is an option for "Pixel Art" instead of "All". But program has a lot of extra functionality compared to Paint.

I just didn't want the whole game to be a tutorial - building up for nothing. I even scrapped some ideas, so it now seemed simpler for me than it really is to anyone not creating this. Too complex to be explained in 1 screen, too simple to get a series of levels. Realised it too late.

I had a similar idea with less physics, but i butchered mine. The simple display of velocities, and the chaos inside with changing gravity and acceleration of boxes if the rocket thrusters are on, flight direction... perfect, one time almost went back to space. Congrats.

Not bad at all, creative. Good idea, even has a minigame. Good amount of levels.
With other export settings, more people could experience these.

Thanks, some objects just disappeared on export from the level editor for no reason. Readded them.

"If you remove the weight, there should be a noticeable difference in your game's functionality."

"The limitation is open to interpretation." - as long as you aren't trying to make up an excuse to avoid using the limitation, it should be fine

Thanks for the all the feedback everyone, I guess I didn't saw the lack of explanation from the inside, never stopped to think about it.

I have never thought of anybody making it past 10-15k, thanks for you patience. Yep, I just pregenerated everything up to like 50k at the start and dubbed it "Endless".
