I feel like this would be really cool if it had been expanded upon. Great job!

This was a fun take on the concept. It had a very mobile game feel to it. It was simple to pick up and I mostly understood what I was doing. I liked all of the enemy sprite work as well. I feel like the music could have been improved a little but it was still fitting to what was actually happening.
Overall nice game, I hope you learned a lot in this game jam!
This is an interesting approach to the topic at hand. I enjoyed the music and the minimalist approach to the sprites. My biggest problem was that I was struggling to understand how to actually hurt things at first. Many pieces of the UI became very hard to pick up after I tossed them the first time. Additionally, I thought I was suppose to throw the pieces at enemies but I had much more success just dropping them on enemies instead.
All in all, this was a fun little game. I hope you learned a lot in this game jam!
This game was pretty fun overall. I didn't really understand what the heck I was doing and at first. I thought I was assigning workers time in a day aiming for 24 total but then realized i could just set everyone to 16 hours and that was fine.
I hope you learned a lot in this game jam and lots of fun making this guy. There is a lot of potential that could be had here.
Not sure what happened but when I got to the beach scene there were some text blips with numbers but then nothing happened and everything seemed to freeze. Waited about 20 seconds and nothing happened.
I really like the premise and the music but what little combat I did experience was difficult to visually understand and there seemed to be really long cooldown periods on actions.
Overall I could see this game being neat. I hope you learned a lot from this game jam!
Simple and effective. An interesting take on the topic at hand here. As LowPolyFreak pointed out, it does feel a bit slow. Additionally there were a bunch of places I could go and the camera would not follow. I only finished five of the levels before it booted me back to the main screen though I clicked next level.
Overall, its a funny little game. I hope you learned a lot from this game jam!
I like the potential this game has. The art is generally nice and the music matched it well. There were a couple of moments where I would get a game over before the soldier got to me but that may have just been a side effect of the grid based movement.
Great game and I hope you learned a lot from this jam!
This is an interesting take on this type of game. I am not very good a bullet hells so I just kind of found my self hugging the outside wall 90% of the time waiting for my chance to get in and deal the big baddie some damage. The game wasn't too difficult for the most part. Losing minions was very painful but just making a massive circle around everything kind of let me get around that mechanic most of the time.
I enjoyed the art but the sound effects leave a bit to be desired. Nothing felt really good to me and sometimes I didn't even know I was getting hit.
Overall, great job. I could see this turning into something interesting with more polish if you continue to develop it more going forward.
