- Really great art with music that helps to set the atmosphere. Interesting mechanics. The story at the beginning feel too long and to compact separating it and making some gameplay in between would be cool as not it feel like watching a animated cartoon. Also story could be controlled by button clicks that way everyone could move on their own phase. Great attempt, keep going.

Once you gain the first potion, you can hit 'Q' to activate it taking control of your shadow. Playing as the shadow is done upside down. The shadow is required to complete various puzzles. Some puzzles are 100% based on observation. Two of the four towers are complete alongside the starting house. The other two towers can be visited and have their story attached.
The story is about an alchemist that has stumbled into a strange dimension made of the thickest glass he has ever seen. He is immediately greeted by a couple of characters that embark with him on a journey.
Most of the remaining information is on the webpage as I made sure to fill it out the best I could.
Extra Notes
This is our first jam and I love how well it turned out for as unexperienced as we are! Thanks for being such an inspiration!
There are sequence breaks that will make the game unplayable but we did manage to squash a large number of those. The shadow frequently desyncs from the player but can be worked around.

My notes from playing the game:
-Art is weird, bright, colorful and charming. Love it!
-Too much frontloading of the story, start the game already! The characters kept on talking before any game had started, ended up skipping most of it. If I could skip the text animation and view the full message instead of going to the next one when I skip, I'd probably have read more.
-Interactable objects are hard to distinquish from environment, couldn't tell what is a note and what is just a rock lying on the ground. Maybe the camera is a bit too far, the details were really small.
-Music is fun and weird, fits the artstyle nicely!
Overall the world seemed quirky and interesting, if you'd introduce it gradually to us it would be easier to jump in.
Thank you for the feedback! I do agree with everything you have mentioned here.
I loved jumping around and seeing all the different areas. Some of the switches were hard to see. I loved the vibrant colors and iconic character designs.
Thank you for the kind comment! I will let our artist know you enjoyed her work. :)
