I couldn't play the v3.03 from the browser either. I had to download the official client from https://itch.io/app and from there install the WebGL/HTML5 version:

For version 4.09 I also had the RAR auto extract error issue. I'm on Windows 10 x64 22H2 with WinRAR 6.21 btw :T

best plot ever

I was really surprised by how friendly the development environment was. Other engines require scripting knowledge and Gdevelop is almost codeless so everyone can make games easily. No doubts, it's a platform that every beginner should try.
