I also plan to keep adding more places, devil fruit, and different outfits for the girls little by little.

Like Arelove mentioned, the best thing you can do is check the guide to clear up any doubts about how to unlock each girl. Both the Elegia and Dressrosa events start with newspaper events in Shells Town after a certain number of in-game days have passed.
Rebecca is one of the last girls to be added, so you may have already played through most of the content. That said, the game isn’t linear, so you could be skipping earlier content. Check the guide if you want to see all the available content
Sorry for the late reply. I always try to answer everyone, but there are a lot of comments and I usually focus more on Patreon. About your question, many other characters already had reworks, some even more than once. I recently made a 2-year anniversary post showing some of the main ones, and Alvida and Perona also had reworks. There’s still a lot to improve, but little by little I’ll keep updating all of them.

Al pasar el tiempo, vas a encontrar barcos de manera aleatorea. No siempre estaran disponibles. Si al primer intento de busqueda, estando en mar abierto, no encuentras barcos para atacar, debes pasar el tiempo aunque sea 1 vez, ya sea trabajando o durmiendo por ejemplo.

Lusty Buccaneers is only inspired by the One Piece world, and all characters are adapted to be adults. That also affects their stories, which is why Nami doesn’t have her classic tattoo or Kureha is much younger here.
