Cool game, GG. The main screen was very nice.

A bit hard to read sometimes while in game and also I would have liked to be able to see the effects of the cards I had already placed (If there was a way maybe I missed it).

The game seems very prone to random. But I liked it. I played a few games.

It looks like there's no more. I can finally go to sleep.

GG, simple concept, well executed. The ambience (visual and audio wise) is perfect and you had nice ideas for the levels.

I loved it. The goat is cute, the ambiance is nice and chill but there's still some pressure to follow the goat closely. The concept works well.

I agree with the other comments about the checkpoint (also something we lacked in our own project).

Congrats!

The idea is interesting!

As for improvements, I didn’t immediately understand how everything worked, especially the multi-layer approach—it could be explained or shown more clearly. I also had trouble telling which layer the enemies were on. Finally, aiming felt quite difficult and a bit frustrating.

Still, GG for the idea and building this whole complete experience—it looks like you did it solo, too!

The core idea—being at a party while trying to avoid people—was interesting and matched the Isolation theme well. There’s definitely room for improvement in the rest, but keep going! The intro sccene in particular felt a bit cursed (But it made me laugh, so.. thanks!)

Hey

I liked your game. You've done a great job tutorializing / showing the mechanics progressively. (first advance the the coin on a flat ground, then jump and place a platform at the same time, then more difficult situations).

For improvements, I think the player should be able to recover when they fall. For example by placing a platform directly under them. Right now the platform can only be placed slightly in front of the player, so you can no longer land on a platform you place when you're already falling fast.

Congrats for your game!

I liked the visuals overall and the heavy tone. The theme is well used. I feel the game is more about the narrative than the gameplay itself. I'd be interested to see how you could plug in gameplay mechanics to add a bit more fun to the experience.

Congrats for your game!

Thanks for the feedback! We wanted the player to feel the old man’s slowness, and we intentionally made the controls a bit clunky to reflect that. That said, we understand it can be frustrating. It would definitely benefit from some improvements.

Really glad you liked the voice overs even without understanding the meaning :)

Hi, thanks for your feedback!

About the size: yes it's a bit heavy, sorry about that. I can't say we really invested in optimizing size on disk (two days was short!). But that's definitely a valid feedback for future - longer - projects.

The only online feature we have is the leaderboards. It is just sending your high score to a server. We've used the amazing Leaderboard Creator from Danial Jumagaliyev (https://danqzq.itch.io/leaderboard-creator).

Nice little game, congrats! Cute animals :)

For improvements, I could imagine the grass mechanic being expanded with more complex scenarios where the trail plays a bigger role and forces the player to think further ahead

Loved the overall ambiance. Congrats!

Thanks for the detailed feedback! Yes we do have (many) issues with the game, no offense taken ;). It's great to have an external point of view and honest feedback on the game design. You do have valid points! (And you did manage to do many things better than us)

Not sure we'll develop the game further but at least we learned in the process!

Thanks for the feedback! Having a stationary camera is something we considered. Maybe it would have been better.  With everything moving right now the controls are definitely challenging indeed!

Great idea, nice puzzles, charming visuals and music. Congrats.

Felt good, visually and audio wise. And nice time rewind feature. I encountered some bugs though and one of them was preventing me to progress since pressing R was not doing anything anymore.

There definitely is some potential for the game!

Would be nice to have powerups, improvements or something to keep the player hooked on the long run. Also maybe a way to get health back? Good job already

Quite surprisingly addictive. The improvement I would focus on is the fact that the game does rely a lot on luck and not enough on player's choice / skill (as others have mentioned). For example, whether you found health / leveled up right before a boss defines if you continue or just lose.

Lost at loop 9

Oh god the rotating spike is quite unforgiving !

Congrats on your first game. I especially enjoyed the visuals.

We had a smilar idea but with a quite different result and feel in the end. Interesting to see similar ideas take shape differently! Well done on the round shape, the art and audio overall!

I agree with all the other feedback - the game is quite simple yet already enjoyable. Would love to see more pickups, some sense of pgression (other than just score). Also maybe find a way to make it clearer what your current / projected trajectory is ? (if you try to go counter clock-wise, you sometimes don't realize you're about to go out of orbit)

Congrats for your game

Very well executed. The game looks good, feels good, and is fun.

Also, I'm sure we've all dreamt of playing with the moving DVD or Windows icons.

Interesting mechanic! I loved it.

I love the aestethics! The SFX were also quite satisfying. Both at low speed when it felt like music and at high speed, emphasizing the feeling of progression. Congrats

I enjoyed the game. The mechanic is quite simple but still revisited.

In terms of atmosphere, I love the racoon and being on this tiny planet.

Thanks for the feedback! You're totally right about the ghost for future placement. Player being able to properly control the blocks was definitely a struggle, with the environment moving towards the left and the blocks downwards. The fake blocks would have helped.

Nicely written. Also some nice use of audio. The visuals are really enjoyable. The base mechanic is simple but well executed.

Congrats!

I could play one loop but could not keep one item nor start another one.

I used the .exe

Cute and fun. Well introduced.

It's a bit of a shame that you don't accumulate energy (or at least is doesn't seem you do) while you are dropping cages; just waiting for energy to be generated might feel more worth than actively trying to capture more hamsters.

Congrats on your game - I love it overall.

Enjoyed the humour starting with the game title.

The SFX were quite loud so it's good the player is able to turn them off. Some controls are not very intuitive but explained to the player. (P to flip, Escape to close the menu = start the game...)

Nice little game. I struggled quite a bit on the third level until I noticed the easiest was to just go on the floor right under the objective, and then move straight up.

Clever use of shadows.

I wasn't able to move (keyboard and same with controller). I could only look around. Is there a known bug?

Also it doesn't seem to loop after the first playthrough

I would have loved to try it

I wasn't sure where I was supposed to stack the boxes but still enjoyed it. The atmosphere is nice and cozy and the concept is great. Loved the TV with GMTK on it.

Thanks for your comment! Glad you had some fun :)
