Thank you for writing such an epic review.

I totally agree with you about the Games part.
But people generally told me there is absolutely nothing and that i should add programs.
I didn't really wanted because they simply i can not make them work correctly on and look kinda "off-topic"
I will probably change them with something else but i do not know what right now.

I used Clickteam Fusion 2.5 a visual scripting game maker and photoshop for cropping, editing the images.

All the assets i used where from

You might also notice i have made another Simulation game of this type "Windows XP Error Simulator" but it was not that polished and the whole code was a mess. I just wanted to make something similar that felt responsive. This jam was the perfect excuse to do it! I started from scratch and tried to use clickteam fusion properly, utilizing Layers, Flags and other features.

Also on the standalone version i found a way to make the window border to look like the actual windows 98 one by mistake lol.

Forgive me for my bad english i wrote that from my phone.

No! you are awesome.

Thanks for your review :)

thanks a lot! (:

I just added minigames!

They are still W.I.P. and i plan to fix them later and also add new ones.

No problem!

I wouldn't be using it if i hadn't won it on a giveaway like 2~3 years ago.

i would vrum so hard again 10/10.

Where is the game lol?

Thank you!

I made it using the Clickteam Fusion 2.5 engine and exported it to HTML5.
If that helps.

Clickteam fusion 2.5 uses JS btw

I guess you can but do not take my word.

Hey I saw your game was made using scratch and cause i have nothing else to do i ported it to HTML5, you can now upload it on

Here is how:

  • Edit your project.
  • Go to "Kind of project" and select "HTML".
  • Upload the .html file.
  • When you finish the upload click the "This file will be played in the browser" box.
  • Lastly go to the "Embed options" then change the "Viewport dimensions" to
  • 'Width" = 640, "Height" = 480.
make sure it looks exactly like the following screenshot.
  • Save the project and you are good to go.

In case you need more help check the official guide here.

Download the html version of your game.

P.S. If the game looks weird or blurry, try to change the "Viewport dimensions" to 640 x 360.

This game allows you to make your own Windows 98 error art and more!

I am not associated with Microsoft. I made this game for fun and I do not make profit from it.
Note: The game will get updated with more content.

Mine, shine and show off with pride in this revolutionary game title!

Now it features 2 minigames (Minesweeper ,Floppy burd) and a notepad!

Thanks for your time!

How did you customize the itchio page ?

looks dope!

-Support for multi-game farming.
-0% Usage of GPU and CPU.
-It does not require you to login to your steam account.
-Convenient and Easy to use.
-Games do not need to be installed.

What is this?
This program lets you "spoof" your steam game status. Example: you can set it to show that you are playing a game from your library without playing it or having it installed!

How does it work?
It launches an "empty" program that has steamworks intergrated. It is like changing the steam_appid.txt from any source game but better in every aspect.
