I should mention I’m not a developer myself just someone who loves horror design. If anyone thinks this idea is worth experimenting with, feel free to take it. I’d be happy to help brainstorm atmosphere, scenarios, or the psychological side of it if that’s useful, but really I’d just be excited to see something like this exist.

Been kicking this idea around and wanted to see what other devs think. It’s less about survival horror in the “run and hide” sense, and more about the tension of being constantly observed.
I’ve been thinking about a horror idea: an escape room where you’re not just solving puzzles, but under constant watch by a warden-like woman. The tension isn’t about chases, but about her noticing your behavior — hesitating, repeating patterns, lingering near exits — and responding in ways that feel personal. More contained than Alien: Isolation, closer to what Hello Neighbor aspired to be. It’s less about raw AI complexity, more about the illusion of intimacy and being seen. Do you think this is feasible with current tools?
