It seemed a little bit challenging while I was making it but in the end I played through all the levels and realized it was probably too easy.  I'm glad you were able to play through the whole thing though :) Thank you for the feedback, will keep it in mind for future improvements, and thanks for playing :)

Fun typing game. I thought the font was a little hard to read but maybe that's part of the challenge. But I had fun :)

Thank you for the constructive feedback. Definitely going to implement some of these before the game jam deadline. Really appreciate your time :)

Interesting concept with the changing colors.

Thanks :)

Glad to hear it :)

Nice Art and animations. I had a bit of trouble with the controls especially jumping.

Walk-through video Level 1

You defeat the enemies by jumping on their heads.

Lone Wanderer Exactly 10 weeks ago, we started the 52 Games in 52 Weeks initiative. We have made one game every week for the past 10 weeks. 10 down. 42 to go. I am writing this post about this week's game because this a huge milestone for us.

Lone Wanderer is about a wanderer that has to kill monsters for gold coins so that he can buy a home. It was created for Beat The Boredom Game Jam. The theme for the game jam is Outdoors. You can play the game in your browser or download it for Windows here: https://nextbranch.itch.io/lone-wanderer

We recommend checking out our page to see  our other games especially Two Halves and Hack. They're our most popular so far.

A few things we have learnt over the past 10 weeks;

- Submitting the games to game jam sites is a good way to get noticed. It's also motivating to build our week's games around game jams that match.

- Having a theme can be inspiring.

- Tight deadlines (weekly, in this case) are good for us because we are more productive under pressure.

Thanks for reading. Please follow our  itch.io page if you'd like to see our upcoming games :)

Thank you for playing :)

You can play this game on in your browser here
