3) In about less than a second, they will make a dash towards you at the current moment
4) Then everything repeats from step 1
To pass them, you need to understand the timings and either run straight ahead so that they don't even have time to make a dash, or stand still and wait until they make a dash at you to catch the right moment to attack.
