How dashers (pink enemies) work:
1) At first, they walk just like the reds
2) As soon as you get within their detection range, they will begin preparations for a dash
3) In about less than a second, they will make a dash towards you at the current moment
4) Then everything repeats from step 1
To pass them, you need to understand the timings and either run straight ahead so that they don't even have time to make a dash, or stand still and wait until they make a dash at you to catch the right moment to attack.
