Cool game! The controls are very responsive and it's very fun to drive around. All of the upgrades were great. My only complaints are that the camera dragging behind the player at high speeds makes it kind of hard to see where you're going, and that it's sometimes hard to tell what will and won't deal damage in combat situations (i kept getting randomly damaged just by sitting in front of enemies ;-:). more feedback with sounds and effects for damage/collisions would help with this.

Sorry about that, we we didn't have time to add key rebinding for the jam, but it is certainly something to consider if this game ever gets a post-jam update. If it helps,  shoot is also bound to both control keys, so you technically don't need a mouse to play and could have both hands on the keyboard (although i'm not sure how comfortable that control scheme would be ._. )

The central mechanic is very interesting and has lots of potential, and i liked the art style, but the slippery controls and awkward fixed camera really made me bounce off of it unfortunately :(

This game is incredibly charming and i love the retro aesthetic! i had fun with it, but struggled to understand the mechanics and am still not sure I understand what's going on. This game could really really use a tutorial of some kind.

This game is awesome ! i loved the art style and character designs, and thought the progression system with the shops and encryption style map screen was incredibly fun with lots of depth. i might have a skill issue though because some of the bullet patterns seemed genuinely unavoidable even with the generous i-frames on the dash, especially with the final boss. Still, with some work i could easily see this doing numbers on steam :)

I was very overwhelmed with the rules just being dumped on me like that at first, but it made much more sense as i played. (that didn't stop me from really sucking at it though haha). overall a very fun and unique combination two desperate games. i'm surprised you managed to fit in so much interplay between them :)

while it's kind of bare bones at present, the core concept is actually very unique and totally has potential to be fleshed out into a full game. good work :)

This game is hilarious and fun and i loved it immediately. I didn't like how scoping in makes the camera shake a little because I kept losing my targets because of it, but otherwise its a perfect tiny experience :3

this is a very unique interpretation on the theme! i loved the artstyle :3

Very original take on the theme, and executed well. This might unironically be my favorite entry of the jam. Good job!!!!!!

I couldn't figure out how to open the drawerin the child's bedroom.

I loved the writingand the art style, and found the puzzles were generally very approachable! (even as someone unfamiliar with point and click genre) Unfortunately, I got stuck on the last puzzle and couldn't finish the game :(, but good work regardless!

(also, i hate to be the one to tell you this, but the word cabinet is misspelt as cabnt in the kitchen...)
