molto bene

Cute little puzzle game!

(1 edit)

This one has the potential to be a cool and artsy platformer, though I've had a hard time with the controls...
It could use a bit of friction in the jump movement and simpler key-combos for the dashes and bounces, using the mouse is a bit counter-intuitive.

Still, the character, music and ambience are so charming!

EDIT: Also, let me know if you're gonna polish it up after the jam, I'd love playing it again!

Will do after the jam!

That's right! It doesn't feel fair to update the game so much during the jam, but we're surely take that in account in the post-jam polish session!

Thanks!

The game is really fun to play and totally looks like it could be an undertale fight!
Also I almost choked when I selected tutoriel lol

Thank you! Your page is hella cool too!

You have to parry their bullets with the Gunbrella by pressing spacebar! It absorbs kinetic energy and reloads your weapon (it's science)

I love Q*bert and this version is super cute

I, too, get dismembered when I'm hit by water.
I can't get very far cause of the inverted controls but I kept playing it for a bit, it's very fun!

Very addictive and chill game

Unfortunately it's not working

Hey! There were actually a couple parameters in the Baron that were messed up due to rushing and we didn't realize it until now. We weren't sure whether we could update the game but we read in the rules that for something like this it's fine. Give it another shot if you want!

While the game itself is very simple, I love that you managed to stick a leaderboard in it!
Nice job :)

i think the game doesn't work properly as i cannot go past the first door

Yeah, that was actually a rushed mistake (there were a bunch of messed-up parameters on the Baron and we didn’t notice).
We weren’t sure if we could fix it during the jam, but we read in the rules on the server that it’s okay to fix stuff like that, so we just lowered his health a bit. Should be playable now lol.

As for the rest, we put everything that might be useful as a tutorial in the itch description, since we can’t add a tutorial level or new features anymore!

Thanks a lot for the feedback :)

very fun and challenging

These residents are quite babash in this one.

Well...

I, Anne of Cleves, have a cookied da clicka

Pretty fun!

addictive!

This was exceptionally well done, both in visuals and ideas!
I didn't expect the buckshot roulette part lol.
(Also nice Doom reference)

Very nice visuals and mechanics! good job

Thank you for the feedback! We agree it could use some polishing, if you're interested in a bigger and more balanced version of the game, make sure to follow us! :]

Thank you for the feedback! We also think it would be awesome to also have smaller mobs before the bosses for a little bit of warm up before the big fight. After the jam we will definitely do some polish :]
If you don't want to miss the update, make sure to follow us!

Thank you for the feedback! We definitely wanna improve the game's pace progression and the usability in general. It was rushed and we didn't get to balance it well :]
How far did you get into the game?

Thank you!

Hi,

We are working on our submission and since our game would require a map, we were wondering if it would be against the rules to include it separately, as the rules specify only character sheets as exceptions.

It should be noted that each game master could create their own map, so it's more of a support material to start playing.

Let us know! Happy writing!
