Pretty punishing game, especially after my entire screen turned red when I hit a crow. But the enemy spawners perfectly fit the theme of the jam, and I like the HP=ammo system. It was kind of difficult to progress with such short enemy attack cooldowns. Maybe the cooldowns should decrease as the player's lemming horde grows?

Got 2nd place on the leaderboard, one of the best games that I've played this Jam! No bugs found.

Ended the game with over 2,000 gold and an AFK arrow-turret strategy, really liked the artwork (especially how the gold pit is lit up) and the gameplay loop! The only bug I found was that sometimes waves with the giant goblins are split into 2 separate waves with 2 rewards. It'd be cool if the king implemented a more progressive tax structure (incentivizing the player to take those extra gold rewards), since in most runs running out of gold is not an issue, and I sort of snowball towards the end.

Loved the gameplay and systems! My strategy is to spam recipe stages until I got prayer, dessert, and pact of diabetes, then spam cookie stages while I one-shot nearly everything. I wish the enemies had more than 1 move - that would force me to carry more risk and not know exactly how many turns to survive I had. Overall a great game!

Some bugs I encountered:
-After I lost a run, I started the next one with 0 cookies

-On a new run I could skip all of the stages I had beaten in my last run, meaning I couldn't get their rewards

Thanks :D

Wow, the visual aesthetics are incredible. The lighting shader coupled with the rain and the darkness of the scene contrast well with the player character's glow and the dim red laser extending from their weapon. If you could switch weapons by scrolling as well, the game would be even better :D

The snakelike trails of ammo slightly lagged my game, but what's a few frames for a creepier atmosphere? The (sugar-cube?) ants look like disturbed upside-down faces sprouting tree-branch limbs - and fit great with the level's design. I think the player maybe unintentionally receives too much ammo, though. A few minutes in and I had stockpiled over 1,000 of each variety. Will be checking for any updates!

It took me several attempts, but I finally unlocked the extra-radioactive skin with a high-score of 6. And, I actually kind of like the looping music, it fits the nuclear setting well! Maybe parts of the level can randomly mutate and change each run?

I love 2D auto-battlers, your game reminds me of this old mobile game I used to play called Mini Warriors. The spritework is neat and the tutorial is clear as well!

Your voice acting made the game - the best I've seen so far. The timer seems to be counting up instead of down, but that just made me more unsure of when the farmer would arrive. There was also this corridor/path in the southern portion of the map that I couldn't seem to squeeze through, but overall I enjoyed it! Not too many isometric games this jam.
