I think I found a typo in the PDF? In the Special Keywords section, under Resource, "if you didn’t have the required amount, you use the effect that asked you to spend {Resource}" seems like it should be you can't use the effect that asked you to spend {Resource}?

Got here because of the Wolf Man, just finished reading the book, and man, what a pleasant adventure that was :) I currently have 38 monsters as candidates for my team, and choosing only 9 levels' worth is going to be a nightmare. They're all so charming! My favourite type overall is probably the Undead, I really loved most of them, but I was mostly heartbroken by the level 6 bosses. They're too cool! I can't pick just one! Though if I had to, it would probably be the Flatwoods Monster... And then I'd round out the team with Batty and RPG Knight. Probably. I could do go back and forth on my choices all day, and I think that speaks to the care that went into making this book! Every monster is charming and has its own appeal, even the ones that aren't for me.
I audibly went "NOOOOOOOOOO" when I reached the end of the book and found out what happened in Apple Orchard. Also, the lesbians and trans people were great!
10/10 would visit Pommeland again if Apple Quest ever gets a sequel
Hi. A friend of mine bought me Lancer's core rulebook without asking me about it beforehand, and I'd rather have it refunded to him. The thing is, I read a couple of topics here as well as the refund policy, and they've lead me to question whether TTRPGs can be refunded or not. From what I understand, refunds are only accepted if the product description was misleading or it didn't work properly, and because the site supports downloading from its browser, the staff can't actually see if there's been a download at all.
It's that last point in particular that makes me ask my question. I can swear that I didn't download the game (which is the case, but that's besides the point), but I understand that if nobody can prove it, then it can't be refunded. So, can the staff see whether a game has been downloaded or not? And by extension, can TTRPGs be refunded?
Thanks in advance for your answer.
Edit: I just realized that it might be useful to say that my friend already asked for a refund, but since it's still currently being processed I was wondering whether it could be refunded or not.
