If i'm understanding what you're asking correctly, the "Jill Massage" favor can only be called in once you've given her a massage 3 time, and then choose the option that's along the lines of "i'll think of something"

The massage can only be done at night, and her heat level has to be below ~70%, otherwise the door to her room will be shut.

The "Super" tier on the patreon lets you download a version with a cheat menu. Otherwise, we have to stick with regular gameplay.

When you're in the game, toward the bottom of the screen and inside the text box there is a row of icons. 

The heart is very important, thats where you spend your corruption points to unlock perks. 

Next to that is the book, where you can see the character stats. You can select the different characters and see their stats by clicking "attributes".

Third icon is a piece of paper that is going to show the conversation log as well as the stat breakdown for each choice and the point values given to each stat.

When you talk to Jill, you can select "talk about", then "change wardrobe". The more slutty the outfit, the more Obedience, "Opinion: Public Sex", "Craving Gaze" is needed.

What Semanticpanda said. I believe in the discord they said both stats needs to be 50+.

There are two. One is the Tongue Craving and one it Obedience.

I don't think that you've implemented the Obedience one yet to track anything.

Is there anything past "dislike" for Jill's stats, or is that a future update?

Absolutely loving the game so far and can't wait to see what you do with it in the future.
