Your support means everything to us!

And yes! Solo-play is among our main considerations with everything we make. Our adventures and NPCs are created with the idea of being able to play solo or cooperatively without a Game Master wherever possible. This will always be an important factor throughout all of our content.

Elementalysm will release with an adventure that can be played without a Game Master, even to the point where you can play it with multiple players as well! Remember to check out the quickstart if you haven't already.

Since altering the Stretch Goals to be more realistically reachable, we've offered the potential to unlock the open world module sooner, which would provide an experience that allows your characters to explore and interact with the world of Aiedeia without requiring a Game Master.

If we can make Elementalysm a reality, everyone can expect regular adventures to keep the experiences going for years!

Elementalysm is within its final run at less than two weeks left, we're desperately calling for everyone's help.

Obviously, our biggest frustration is not being seen, and in turn we are not reaching enough backers. We are begging everyone on the fence to share their hesitations, tell us what we can do to convince you to back Elementalysm! For those of you who are backing Elementalysm, we greatly appreciate your support, and there's nothing we want more than to bring you this new universe! Please, if you may, reach out to anyone anywhere that may be interested in our game and may help to promote.

In light of this quiet campaign, we have revised the Stretch Goals to become much more obtainable if we're fortunate enough to be saved. Regardless of the Stretch Goals, we continue to promise so much free content updates throughout the entire lifespan of Elementalysm if we're funded. We have many adventures planned. Solo/cooperative adventures, campaigns, mini-games, maps, and hexcrawls!

Remember to check out our huge Quickstart, it offers more than enough to understand and play a full game of our dear Elementalysm.

Mythic Mountain Games presents ELEMENTALYSM
Download the quickstart for free now and please share your thoughts!

Hello all, we here at MMG are a very small and independent studio creating tabletop game content, particularly compatible with Mörk Borg.

Elementalysm is our very first tabletop role-playing game, so we hope to make a great first impression, while also standing-by and ready to listen to all community feedback. The quickstart is our way of presenting as much as possible for our upcoming game to give players the best idea of what to expect regarding rules, art, design, and presentation. We like to think of it as an open beta; we'll be listening and refining according to the communities thoughts. We thank you so much for your time!

Elementalysm is a tabletop role-playing game set within an original mystical world known as Aiedeia. In this unique setting, players will experience adventures drenched in Far East fantasy, where they can play the hero, the villain, and anyone in between.

The power of Elementalysm itself enables certain characters to manipulate a natural element's movement, form, and function. This gives Elementalysts great magical power and responsibility. Though it is said there are other forms of magic out there, some considered more nefarious...

If magic is not for you, your character will have plenty of other paths to pursue. Become a wandering sword-for-hire who goes by their own code of honor, play as a wrestling superstar who's known throughout the most famous tournament rings, even take up a criminal lifestyle as a fast-talking thief who can weasel their way out of any situation, or simply settle down as the local fisherman who spends their free time at the tavern.

Not currently, but there will be soon. You can expect it sometime after Elementalysm launches!

Thank you so very much for your in-depth analysis and review, I really appreciate your insights, and I agree that its emphasis on failure, Fumbles, Omens, and the like all make Catastrophants potentially annoyingly difficult adversaries.

For what it’s worth, I myself wouldn’t use a Catastrophant as anything other than a boss, and most interestingly as a campaign-wide threat. I imagine a kingdom suffering from a Catastrophant’s curse unknowingly, desperate for seers to understand why the most significant figures continue to fall victim to bizarre and deadly accidents. The player characters would be aware of this looming threat in the background between adventures, until eventually they too begin to suffer, and must launch into an investigation that culminates into a showdown, maybe even at the dawn of a new misery that is ushered in by these heralds of the Two Headed Basilisk.

Thanks so much! That’s exactly what I’m going for, it should hopefully give players a fun standalone or layered encounter since he can stalk characters at any time

Thank you!
