Perhaps, now with the economy working in continous functions rather than spontanious, coring could also be a continous function

I.e a nation may choose to core a city, and instead of it happening instantaneously, it cores over a time period. Costing gold until it is done, maybe a nation may choose to stop coring if they are short on gold, then continue coring at a later date

And a partially cored city may have certain effects

- a 50% cored city would need 150% turmoil before revolting, 72% would need 172% etc

- any city below 33% cored costs 1 gold a tick, 33% - 66% has a net zero effect on gold, over 66% cored gives 1 gold a tick

Just an idea

Maybe add a feature to increase/decrease gold rates in all nations As well as affecting individual nations

Something of note in the new update:

if 2 nations are remaining, and one puppets the other, and the puppet nation has low gold yet a high number of cities, then the puppet may go bankcorrupt, making it unable to rebel, with the gold cost of being a puppet higher than they could possibly afford, so the match slowly continues, with the puppet never fighting back due to being in an absurd amount of debt, and the puppeteer taking the puppet city by city often nearly as long as the game thus far, this is not a very interesting conclusion to a game

Not sure if this is a bug or intended, feels like a bug
