I'm the seller. Mossglen Hamlet is a paid pack: $4.00 USD or more. This post says what is in it and, just as plainly, what is not.

Mossglen Hamlet is a small pixel-art pack for a fantasy village. It contains 4 animated characters, 36 props and a 64-tile tileset. Everything is on a 16x16 base grid and uses one 31-colour palette. If you are putting a 16x16 village together and want characters, props and ground tiles that already share a palette, that is what this is for.

Characters. Bram, Wren, Tobin and Isolde. Each has 8 frames: idle 4 and walk 4, all 8 distinct. Each character is one 64x48 PNG sheet: 4 columns by 2 rows of 16x24 cells, idle in the top row and walk in the bottom row. All characters face right. For left-facing, flip each 16x24 cell in your own code.

Props. 36 single-file PNGs in five size classes: 8x8 (7), 16x16 (13), 32x16 (6), 16x32 (6) and 32x32 (4). The list: oak barrel, hay bale, wooden crate, clay pot, market stall, wooden bench, round table, three-leg stool, stone well, wash bucket, bread basket, apple basket, lantern post, arrow signpost, cottage door, clothesline, firewood stack, scarecrow, wheelbarrow, beehive skep, round oak tree, slender birch, mossy boulder, tree stump, fallen log, pink flower patch, straw roof hut, red mushroom cluster, lily pad pair, plank footbridge, rowboat, fish drying rack, campfire, treasure chest, blank gravestone, glowing waystone.

Tiles. One 256x64 PNG: 16 columns by 4 rows of 16x16 tiles, 64 distinct tiles. Three 16-tile autotile sets (ground, wall, water) make up 48 tiles. The other 16 tiles are 4 dirt fills, 3 grass fills, 1 pink-flower grass, 2 cobble path, 2 plank floor and 4 wall faces (closed door, open door, window, mossy). A tile index table (Markdown and JSON) lists every tile id. Autotile index = N x 1 + E x 2 + S x 4 + W x 8, where 1 means the same terrain on that side.

Preview sheet. A 1280x720 PNG showing a sample scene put together from the pack's own files at 4x.

Not included. Props beyond the 36 listed (no training dummy, archery target, brass key or potion vial). No left-facing character files. No animations other than idle and walk. No engine-specific files, Tiled maps or Aseprite files. No build scripts.

How it was made. The characters, props and tiles are script-authored pixel maps, not downscaled image-generator output. An image generator was used only to make four reference images during development; no pixels were copied from them and they are not in the pack.

AI disclosure: generative AI was used only to make four reference images during development; none of them are in the pack.

Format. One download, pixelpack_mossglen_v1.zip, 54,145 bytes, 47 files in a flat layout (no folders), version 1.0.0. PNG at native 1x size, RGBA. Alpha is 0 or 255 only, with no semi-transparent pixels. The zip holds 4 character sheets, 36 prop PNGs, the tileset sheet, the tile index, a palette JSON (31 colours), the preview sheet, a README and a LICENSE.

Licence. Use the assets in your own commercial and non-commercial projects. Do not resell or redistribute the original files, claim you made them, or use them to train, fine-tune or evaluate machine-learning models. Credit is appreciated but not required. Full text is in pixelpack_LICENSE.md in the download.
