You did everything I set out to do in my adventure but a million times better. Well done!

The first thing I thought of was how the location reminds me of the Caves of Diros in Greece- overall great vibes. Really love the variable 2d8 table to roll on for encounters as you progress. The map being a pixel sprite is a nice touch but it feels like it could become a linear slog.
Great work (and under 16 pages too!)
Dragons, Dracoliches, and Drakes (Roses, Thorns, and Buds but elfgames)
Dragons:
- Clear instructions on how to set up the tone of the adventure (D-Day intensity)
- Power-ups at each shrine like in contra- awesome
Dracoliches:
- Using the crystal arrows gates necessary progression behind a dice roll.
- The respite being fake would make me mad as a player...unless I noticed and then the GM told us what was going on.
Drakes:
- So many ways to slot this into a campaign- can scale to be a final mission or just something weird the PCs happen upon.
Dragons, Dracoliches, and Drakes (Roses, Thorns, and Buds but elfgames)
Dragons: I really like the extra lives mechanics as well as the Castle Cleared Number.
Dracoliches: The rooms in each castle are all dressed up and there aren't really anything to them aside for enemies, which in a game like shadowdark, isn't gonna go well for the PCs.
Drakes: The skeleton is there for eight dungeons though the GM is going to need to beef them up substantially. Definitely enough information given to do so though.
