I wanted to add a player guide as an intro screen but ran out of time toward the end. Grab all 3 keys and make it back to the tower you spawned in (other side has the white key door) is the overall objective, but if its that start you're stuck on you must climb up the red blocks to get inside the "castle" from above, there you will find the first yellow key and then can platform back up to the yellow door.

Very interesting approach to the jam, overall looks & feels good but a bit on the easy side. Does remind me of flash internet games like Super Mario Crossover or something you'd find on Newgrounds.

Biggest strength here its the scale of the game and map design. Some super frustrating hitscan enemies toward the end, but after a little while I completed the last chapter. I think there's good ideas in every map but needs refining. Favorite rooms were probably the ones where you had to destroy the plant and carefully jump across stones without falling into lava.

On theme and visually fantastic, but as far as gameplay its shoot 5 times and keep moving. I wish there was more to do but clearly time and effort went into its visuals and overall polish. I think this world would be more interesting with characters to talk to.

Strongest point is the mech concept, really good visually and feels right when you're walking around without the game feeling too slow. Random weapons are a fun bit but starting with the chainsaw is a death sentence lol. I would usually just hold m1 and spam dash hoping for the best. Enemy sounds are really cool but overall there is a lack of an audio atmosphere. Good potential here for a cool project.
