This is probably a good bit of extra work - but all these trans/femboy characters etc should hopefully have a toggle that makes them cis/normal. If the characters are stuck as trans, a lot of players may avoid them and they're wasted content. If it's toggleable for them to be cis, this may be more work for rendering but makes those characters no longer wasted.

Dev ran a poll to add "bad endings" to the game. Dev says there still won't be NTR, a lot of people are concerned that it's a "technically it's not NTR" situation, etc. Probably best just to believe the dev until something actually happens, though
