Thanks for feedback. I made that game in 2 days for a gamejam hence the insane amount of glitches. I still work on it to make tiles behave as expected. I've added HowTo section to explain how to build valid words. 

I have bugs which I would like to fix so I wonder how long do I have to wait until it will be allowed to update my project? Do I have to wait until rating or I can just do it now?

Great work. Really like the old school graphics. 

yeah I know sometimes it needs a good refresh. It's due to loading language vocabulary. Sometimes it's too slow and the game starts before it's fully loaded. Will definitely fix it in next iteration. 

Actually ignore that, it was caused by wrong setting in Chrome.  Settings -> Privacy -> Content settings -> Cookie Setting -> untick "Block sites from setting any data"

It is something with access to local storage on chrome. I had no problem on other browsers. 
Chrome error message:
