I know, I want to unsubscribe from them all, not one by one.

How do I unsubscribe from these mailing lists? And how do I prevent getting on them in the first place? The last thing I want is my Email being shared with creators who send me promotional spam. There doesn't seem to be a way to configure this anywhere.
