The game was amazing as game jam entry, and is even more awesome now. A solid strategy game with catchy music and satisfying sound effects. Nicely polished!

We really appreciate you taking the time to try the new version, as well as playing the jam version! And thanks for your feedback! Your game for the jam was very cool and impressive, I'll try the updated version tonight ^^,

Thanks!

How did you know we were mining bitcoin?! :O

Joke aside, it does indeed seem like a SteamVR-plugin was active in our project. We started with the TopDownTemplate from Unreal, but have now removed the plugin. We also discovered that our spikes, that we made from ~20 static meshes for each spike-section, was rendered individually. This was quite resource-intensive, making some levels laggy. We have now replaced this with one combined static mesh, which improved the performance immensily.

We have had fun this week with bug-fixing and polishing, and hope to have a new version uploaded here soon. We planned for 10 levels, which are now playtested, and this time it's actually possible to complete det game ;-)

Thank you for all the helpful feedback, awesome to hear you had fun with the game, even in it's jam-state =D

Thanks for your feedback, Hadi! The gusting ability is less strong when they are not frozen, to the point that it seems that it is not always working. We have been bug-fixing the mechanics and levels the last week, and plan to release a more polished version sometime in the near future. We will definitely let you know!

Thanks for playing! Yeah, sorry, the levels are a bit bugged, especially the floor spikes on some levels, which unfortunately makes it impossible to finish the game. Working on a post-post-jam fix now. Thanks for the feedback, greatly appreciated!

Saint Grogu :D

I couldn't get it to play, it hangs when trying to load :/ Any tricks to make it play? I just downlaoded the zip, unzipped it and tried to play the exe-file.

Wow, impressive game, especially for a jam and 1-person team! Great idea, good controller inputs and challenges, and fun to play. Good job!

I like the responsive feedback from movements, and the gameplay is both simple and challenging at the same time. A small improvement would be if the sneezes and the background area for the player is more in contrast, the yellow sneezes disappeared somewhat for me. Overall a fun and great game!

Nice, good job! I like the movement mechanics and dose sound effects :D

Really fun game! I like your take, siding with the virus xD A slight improvement would be to add some indicator for when I'm out of projectiles. Sometimes it felt like a reload time after firing a few projectiles, and then I would just collide with the cells instead of shooting them lol. Good job on the game!

Nice game, feels responsive and intuitive, great job!

The mood was really great, and the background sounds added nicely to it. The old film effect was cool too! The rat felt responsive, but I had a hard time getting past level 2. with all the spikes, and the time needed to accelerate the rat to "full speed" in order to make the jump. But I'm not a platformer, so this might be perfect difficulty for others. Anyway, I had fun playing it, and I hope you had fun making it!

Didn't you know? I thought that was common knowledge!
(lol, amazing bug, thanks for showing it xD)

Great humour, I loved the jabs at the genre! Nice experience with music, story and graphics. The mechanics were a bit wonky, I missed the talking buble dialogue since I was occupied with studying something else, and managed to choose the wrong answer without knowing the riddle. I recommend everyone to do that, it shows a glorious piece of art ^^,

Nice game, I had fun playing it! The first two times I just stood there, didn't realize that I could move as well, not only boost the light radius. The theme and layout of puzzles were good, and I also liked the introduction and story to the game. Well done!

Yeah, this is my first Game Jam, and first time finishing a game. Thanks for the feedback, Kultisti, I greatly appreciate it! Happy to hear that you had fun with the game ^^,

Wow, amazing game! Fun puzzles that make you think, while also being solvable. The music fit very good, and I loved the story, very neatly wrapped concept. I had a great time playing your game, and highly recommend it to others!
