I played the game to the end with my friends and we had a ton of fun. Great job!

oh, yeah I can see how it can feel that way. Thanks for the feedback, it helps a lot

thank you so much! Haha the pigeons were best spent 30 mins of my life. Regarding the avatar, we'll see what we can do :)

The inputs are for sure something to reconsider for a post-jam version. I noticed a lot of people are having trouble with the arrow keys

Thanks! Actually we were also thinking about just reducing the amount of times you have to repeat each trick. Do you think that would help?

thanks so much for the kind words. Yes, I think we will do a more polished version and try to release on steam. I think I'll be pinging everyone from the comments when we do :)

yes, that is the ending - we left it "open" on purpose, to have you question what happened, similar to how a dog must feel when it is abanoned. Confused and terrified

yes we plan to polish out some things, and I tested out the game on a group of friends - did you notice that you can also move your upper body with arrow keys? Because I noticed some players think W/S and arrows are alternatives but actually they move different parts of the body and you need to lower your head with arrows to eat chips.

Thanks for the kind words!

oh no, I don't think this has happened before, I'll need to debug later

oh no, what do you mean? Did you try moving your head closer to the ground?

yup twerking was really fun

thank you!

thanks so much for your detailed review! The ending is really disturbing, isn't it

haha thank you!

haha that's relatable! Similar story with our game, as soon as one person suggested a world where humans are the pets of the dogs we just went with it

Wow great job! The world is really pretty and lively, so much stuff is happening in the background!

lol this is so funny, I love your take on the theme

wow that's a detailed review. Would you mind reviewing my game?

I like that it has that 2005 flash game feeling, takes me way back lol

thank you! The instructions were unclear on purpose, to mimic what dogs must feel when we ask them to do tricks. But yeah, I know this could use some more work, we were thinking of animating the dog somehow to provide more visual cues but run out of time

thank you so much! We put a lot of soul into this one

lol I had a lot of fun with this, how do you even come up with such ideas???

to send a message :(((

Omg this game is amazing! I love the concept, the art, the gameplay, music, and his little blep tongue sticking out. Fantastic work.

Btw we also did a game about dogs but with a bit of a different approach lol

Nicely done, cool and original concept

Very cool game! You have very good writing and I highly appreciate how gender-neutral everything was. Really great job!

cool idea and it looks really pretty, but I think the execution is a bit off :(

I really wanted to give it a go but my browser kept freezing every few seconds :(((

Wow this is pretty impressive for 6h with low unity experience!

wow this is such a cool idea! It's so original and playful. I love it.

I need to show this to my brother who made music for our submission, I bet he'll love it too lol

wow it's really quite challenging. The sound design and art is spot on

haha thanks

It's very fun, I think the most engaging game I played so far in this jam. I reached 4 pigs and it was pretty tough after that lol

btw I like how you both reversed the theme and the gameplay

it's very well done and polished, great job!

I love poop jokes. But it was pretty hard for me to get a feeling of where I need to stand to poop, so I ended up just spamming spacebar around the pigeons. Maybe some sort of range indicator would be nice. But overall really funny and well executed

Thanks for the feedback! Yes, that is the real ending, we didn't include any "Game over" or "The end" screens on purpose, to mimic the feelings of confusion, denial, helplessness and finally the terrifying realisation of what has happened. Our core principle was that there should be no UI in the game to fully immerse the player (that's why tutorial etc was presented as billboards in the background as well)

Really fun concept, and feels and looks very polished, especially for a gamejam entry lol

thank you <3

haha dzięki. Dograłeś do końca?

pls don't spoil :(((

oh no, that was our main concern, there's a plot twist at the end, but most people will probably not reach it lol
